Reporting a wrong figure
Include the page, the figure you saw, and what it should be. A screenshot of an actual Roblox checkout or DevEx statement is the most useful evidence, because regional pricing is hard to verify from outside.
What we can and cannot help with
We can help with
Corrections to prices, DevEx rates or provincial tax figures. Questions about how a calculator works or where a number came from. Bug reports. Suggestions for amounts or provinces we should cover.
We cannot help with
Anything to do with your Roblox account: logins, bans, refunds, missing Robux, gift card problems or DevEx applications. We are an independent calculator with no access to Roblox systems. Contact Roblox Support directly for those.
