Rate corrections

If Roblox has changed its buy rate, DevEx terms, or gift card availability and the calculator has not been updated yet, send the correction with a link to the source. Include the old value, the new value, and where you found the update. We will verify and push the change.

Factual errors

If something on the site is wrong, whether a calculation, a description of how DevEx works, or a retailer that no longer carries gift cards, email with the specific page and section. If you can include a source, that helps us turn it around faster.

General questions

Questions about how the calculator works, how rates are sourced, or anything else on the site are welcome. We read every email, though response time is typically a few business days. This is a small independent site, not a support team with SLAs.

What we cannot help with

RobuxToCAD is an informational tool, not a Roblox support channel. We cannot assist with:

• Roblox account issues, bans, or billing disputes
• DevEx application approvals, payment delays, or portal problems
• Purchasing Robux or activating gift cards
• Tax advice on DevEx income or Canadian reporting requirements
• Issues with the Roblox platform itself
