The 10,000 bundle costs SR374.99 instead of SR475.00. That is SR100 less for the same Robux, a 21 percent saving against the standard rate. Why the riyal price never moves
Every other page on this site explains that Roblox fixes its local prices while the exchange rate floats underneath. Saudi Arabia is the one place where both halves are fixed.
The riyal has been pegged to the US dollar at 3.75 since 1986 and the Saudi Central Bank maintains that rate. So the 400 Robux bundle stays at SR18.99 because Roblox sets it there, and SR18.99 stays worth the same in dollars because the peg holds it there. Nothing in the chain floats.
This has a practical effect most Saudi players never notice. A converter that pulls a live SAR to USD rate will give you almost the right answer, unlike in a floating currency where it drifts daily. It is still the wrong method, because Roblox charges its own riyal price rather than converting, but the peg hides most of the error.

What earned Robux are worth in riyal
Buying Robux and cashing out Robux use two completely different rates. The Developer Exchange program pays $0.0038 US dollars per earned Robux, which at the peg is exactly SR0.01425. That is 30 percent of what the same Robux cost to buy.
The peg gives Saudi creators something no one else has: a payout they can predict to the halala.
